AI does not brake in sharp turns #958

There is a sharp turn at the end of the highway in city lights. In order to stay on the road it is necessary to brake first and then to skid around the curve. The AI however does just skid without slowing down, crashes into the road barrier and gets rescued.

That was a city lights design issue ; even as a player that was definitely annoying. Was, because in the city lights version I have there is a "slow" band which slow down karts and so solve that issue. Issue can be closed imho

Leaving this open since I want to look at the AI again, it should figure out if it is driving too fast.

@qwertychouskie I know you are well intended but asking "is this still an issue?" on every old ticket is not really helpful. Noting that some ticket can be closed because it is outdated is helpful, but just asking the question, not so much
