Settings icon is still clickable when qs is not expanded

Description The brightness slider is misplaced and also you can access the settings app with an invisible settings icon.

Steps to reproduce Screed recording placed inside Zip file Screenrecord and Logs.zip

ROM info Aosp Extended 5.3 (8.1 Oreo) Moto G 2015 Osprey Xposed 90.3 Beta

Module version (build version) Android P-ify snapshot 0.1.0 alpha #26

Xposed log / logcat Both are placed inside the previous Zip file

Inside the zip file there is a screen recording to better demonstrate the issue.

Brightness slider at bottom is because of your ROM.

Oh I see, then I guess the only issue would be the settings icon :)

Note: I saw that in alpha 0.1.0 #37 quick settings and brightness slider are swappable, thank you for that :+1:
