Add an option for having the battery percentage on the left of the battery icon #27

Is it possible to have the battery percentage on the left of the battery icon, just the way it is normally on Oreo based ROMs? This isn't a bug report exactly but rather, a feature request.

ROM: Lineage OS 15.1/ Android Oreo 8.1
