Quick settings tiles aren't styled in the lockscreen. #7

Description

Quick setting tiles in the lockescreen don't show up. Pulling the quick settings with phone unlocked work fine. (See screenshots below)

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to lockscreen
  2. Pull quick settings down
  3. The issue should be visible

ROM info AOSP 8.1 on Nexus 5X

Module version (build version)
