A Call is "a pool of money" with a set of rules to gain access to (a small portion of) it, set by a Fund. With those rules, companies can create and submit project to finance activities within the limits of the call rules.
A Call is bind by its own name (e.g. "DGR n. 653/2019" or "Notice 2/2018") and have a list of rules (that can be like "number of days from" or "percentage of lession hours") that gives a project its Deadlines (#11) dates or the minimum percentage of Lession (#7) hours to be scheduled in Course Lessions to be moved to the "completed" phase.
For example:
The project start date deadline is 30 days from the admittance date: if the first lession date of the project is before that, the deadline is considered as cleared.
The project close date deadline is 500 days from the first lession date of the project: if the complete date is within this date and there's no lession date after this date, the deadline is considered cleared
The sum of the hours of all scheduled course lessions must be at least 70% of the Total Lession Hours of the project
