Attachment upgrading #5

The concept of attachment has to be upgraded. Each attachment must have:

[ ] validity date (no need to delete the attachment if the taday date is after the validity date)
[ ] category
[ ] the file
[ ] title
[ ] note

This class and its related view will be used for all other entities: people (students, teachers, companies), classrooms, projects, courses.
