PR Checklist

Added more facilitator notes, however, I got stuck on 2 of them that need Latex as my latex couldnt be rendered, also got issue in generating a table in Markdown
Changed the slide transition animation to fader animation
Added fader animation on problem-detail component, still not sure if its loading "onReady"
