BPMN 2 PN Converter: Enable Preprocessing #373

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a new BPMN Diagram
2. Draw 1 task without any start and end events
3. Save and reopen the diagram
4. Start the bpmn 2 pn converter

What is the expected output?
A connected Petri net with start and end places

What do you see instead?
A Petri net which is not connected.
