Zoom "Fit to screen" exceeds 100% #380

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Draw a diagram with one single, small shape.
2. Select Zoom: fit to screen

What is the expected output?
The model becomes fit to screen but max 100% of its original size/a defined
maximum size.

What do you see instead?
The model is fitted beyond its original size.
