Check abjad-ext-nauert for breaks #36

Looks like 0.4.0 maybe breaks abjad-ext-nauert; the Travis cron of nauert started breaking last night.

I read through the nauert code for about half an hour this morning to see if any Abjad changes I'd made recently could've caused the breaks, and it doesn't look like it. (Though, of course, that's always still a possibility.)

What makes me wonder about uqbar is the inheritance pathway from nauert.QGridLeaf up to uqbar.containers.UniqueTreeNode.

It’s probably the name change of UniqueTreeContainer to UniqueTreeList. I’ll take a look later.
