Link to tutorial in Readme is broken #315

It looks like the Stanford page redirects to GitHub now, for links like https://web.stanford.edu/~surag/posts/alphazero.html

is the content available somewhere else?

Thanks for pointing this out! The redirect should work fine now, and I have also updated the link in the README. Let me know if it doesn't.
