Ability to send uncompressed media #48

WhatsApp be default compresses images and videos sent using it, resulting in loss of quality. If it is possible, I'd like to request a toggle to enable feature that disables this compression. WhatsAppGB has this feature implemented: link

@uf520 check my modulo, this option is available for images (videos not for the moment).
