Fields needed in marc.xml that is emailed #7

These fields are present in the OCLC record as seen in Connexion, but do not get delivered in the emailed marc.xml file for some reason. I checked the xml to make sure it wasn't a problem with the xml to marc transposition. These are not in the XML:

From OCLC Developer Team, "The Developer team said that the WorldCat Search API is for discovery purposes and thus doesn't provide all the MARC fields necessary for cataloging use cases. Only the WorldCat Metadata API does this.
