On latest build of Windows 10; Ever since updating to 4.2.1, from 4.2.0 RC, no torrents will "start" properly unless they've gone through a program restart.
Typical example:
Qbit is open (starts on boot), I add a magnet file "AB", it looks started (as in: in that state where you've double clicked to start it) but doesn't actually update the file size, seeds, leeches and all such info, or start to actually download at all.
I quit Qbit, start it again, and now the above "AB" torrent acts completely normal ... BUT only with the files that were previously there: MEANING THAT, if I add another torrent "CD", it will add and start (but not actually do anything, just like above) whereas the hypothetical previous "AB" torrent from above still behaves completely normal.
So yeah, all torrents need to now be "added" and Qbittorrent then needs to be restarted before those newly added torrent actually start to download.

Any ideas ?
