Firewall rule #45

Hi,

I wanna just say the latest version 4.2.3 don't ask me for firewall rule and need add it manually then restart computer. I install latest version fresh and remove rules from firewall. On version 4.2.2 it works good.

Can someone answer me if got same problem?
