Images / Styles not working #11

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installation of BNPanel

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected: nice, CSS / image enabled homepage
Instead: Text only page - not very aesthetically pleasing

The issue does not occur if I do not go past the MySQL step.

I found that the installation was not properly saving the initial settings, 
causing the issue.  I corrected it in the 'nasty' admin panel, which is now a 
much nicer admin panel :D
