In Firefox 4, the Add-on bar should be enabled from code #9

In Firefox 4, the Add-on bar is not visible by default, so it my create confusion to unfamiliar users, so the add-on should take care to show the add-on bar if the bar is hidden.

This one will become obsolete with the new version, which will not be on the add-on bar
