Jinja templating function issue

The above code is running the loop and validating the config data from the current router configuration and if its already there no configuration will being performed otherwise the configuraiton will be performed but we need to work that it will load the jinja template and pass the command acccording to the template i have already created the basic macro for the vlan configuration but still need to work.

There is huge mistake that I have not handle either object is single or not so need to manage i have mentioned i have stopped working from this code and tommorow itself i need to work on this code.
