Dependencies between gomobile packages #10

It is possible to install only one of the 3 gomobile packgages, even though 
some of them depend on each other.

- Go Mobile should be installed when Convergence or Mobile Theme is installed.
- For the mobile site to be visible, it is not enough to install Go Mobile, but 
a Mobile Theme also needs to be installed, or at least give the user a feedback 
in form of a notification message that the mobile site cannot function without 
a mobile theme. Just like it's done with the mail host.
