Actions dropdown menu is overwritten #11

Each gomobile package has its own actions dropdown items, and each of them set 
them from scratch, and not only append to the existing menu. This results that 
only the items from the last installed add-on are visible.

The multichannel settings are only visible if convergence is installed last. If 
all three packages are selected at the same time, and installed, the theme 
package will overwrite the actions menu, and there will be Mobile settings 
instead of Multichannel settings.

Maybe we should name both of them the same to avoid confusion.
