decoratorFactory monkey patch missing node UID #31

Compared to the original decoratorFactory method in 
Products.CMFPlone.browser.navtree.SitemapNavtreeStrategy, the monkey patched 
version in gomobile.convergence.monkeypatch does not set the UID in the newNode 
dict.

Unless the missing line was left out intentionally, I think it would be a good 
idea to add. See the attached patch.
