Options for formatting the email subject for review requests. #521

It'd be useful to be able to set a format for the Subject of the email sent
out for a review request. Something like: "[group] Review Request - %s",
where %s is replaced by the summary. Some teams have Outlook filters based
on some keyword in the subject of emails, and being able to format it would
help a lot.

*Maybe* 1.0. This would have to be per-install, though, not per-user or
per-group.
Might not be what you were hoping for.

I don't think this is anywhere near important enough for 1.0. I'm not even
sure it's
a good option to have in mainline (maybe extensions can be made to be able to
do it)

In fact, I don't think we're going to do this. We have special headers
(X-ReviewBoard-URL) for filtering, and if you really want to change the
template,
that's easy enough to do in your install.

Gmail (or Google Apps) is the use case for wanting a unique identifier in the
subject field. Google does not allow searching/filtering by most headers
(certainly no X- headers are allowed). Google does, however, allow for
filtering by the subject header.
