Undefined "gReviewRequestPath" when publishing diff on IE6

What's the URL of the page containing the problem?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
After I filled in the "Reviewers" and click the "Publish", there occurs a 
warning on the lower left corner.

What operating system are you using? What browser?
I'm using windows xp and IE6.0/firefox

Please provide any additional information below.

Can you try to clear your cache and try again? It might be a stale cache issue.
