Improve Our Matching Functions #7

Things that should be considered/determined how valuable they'd be:

Moving the fft'd child iteratively along the parent (inexact string matching BS) in is_subset, after finding the first match, check in order after that (small optimization)

Vaguely related to Better Distance Method, Issue: #6.
