SFZ 'Drum Kit' setting should create one-shot samples #17

When the 'Drum Kit' checkbox is checked in the SFZ target configuration, zones 
in the SFZ file should be configured such that one-shot samples are the default.

The fix I just pushed to trunk adds mute groups and one-shot samples when the 
'Drum Kit' checkbox is checked.
