Same here! I hope this is an easy fix because I feel like I can't live without this plugin anymore...
i hope this gets fixed quick
Hoping this bug can be fixed sooner, I actually can't bear the spotify without this plugin :(
I downloaded spicetify because of this plugin, hope the issue is resolved asap.
Spotify without this plugin is so bad lol, my eyes are burning.
same here
Well it used to be such a great modifier for Spotify
+1 same issue

same issues, there isnt anything that i can see giving an error message in console nor anything in experiments which would mess with it, please fix soon
Just tried the last four Spotify versions with Spicetify v2.36.2 and it seems the latest one that still works is 1.2.31.1205 (tested with Windows 10 32-bit). This is a temporary workaround but if you're willing to install an older client it works just fine.
Probably a Spotify client change that needs a fix on Spicetify's end
day 5 without my beautiful lyrics, lost all vision in my eyes. 😔

thanks alot works fine for me too (tested with windows 10 64 bit.
@surfbryce pretty sure this is caused by the new scrollbars - .os-content no longer exists
edit:
yes it is most .os-* classes need replacing with their new counterparts
for example .os-content
would be .main-view-container__scroll-node
and .Root__right-sidebar:has(.main-nowPlayingView-section) .os-padding
would need to be a more specific selector like .Root__right-sidebar:has(.main-nowPlayingView-section) aside > div > div:nth-child(2)
not going to make a pr as im not well versed in your codespace and may miss something niche but the issue is just that you need to support both sets of classnames pretty much
and for reference these new scrollbars are only in spotify 1.2.34
forward
@ohitstom Yeah I already have the extension fixed locally for me, but unfortunately Spotify made these changes as I was making far larger ones on my end, so the fix is going to have to wait until I’m done with those

cool! looking forward to the fix, I did notice some more oddities like missing buttons for exiting cinema mode and stuff but I assume that's in the list of things
and lyrics not initializing until changing songs once
It doesnt work for me :((((

it doesnt showup for me the sidebar lyrics
@ohitstom could you please put a step-by-step guide for the fix. For me, it shows the lyrics in the sidebar but not the main screen. I have already tried reinstalling both spotify and spicetify but it still doesn't work

Could you maybe post the fixed extension till @surfbryce is done? Like make a fork and upload a working version so surfbryce can merge it
Im having the same problem here, any fix?
Lyrics still showing up as blank (I've been stalking this thread for a bit, this is just an answer to the title change)
@OctaNebula Ah sorry, didn't mean to make it seem as if I was asking for people to check, I just meant this for people creating new bug reports, I'll change it again to make it more clear
did anyone try installing it manually to see if it worked that way? imma try anyway
i've had this same problem for almost a week
I really don't know why that bug is, I don't know how to use github much but if someone can help me correct it I would greatly appreciate it :q
is there already a fix? :( looks like there are no good alternatives. lyrics plus has a BIG delay or is to early, skippes words or doesnt even work at all in the karaoke mode. Full screen does also not work.

i think there is an extension called bad-lyrics
Temporary work around: Use spotx and install old theme, which installs an older version of spotify where it still works
