add new button " Load lyrics from file " like lyrics-plus u can add lyrics by .lrc or .txt file

@SaKQ0 Local additions are never going to be supported, there will be a Lyrics Editor update in the Summer so that people can submit lyrics to my Service; adding local additions will make it so people won't contribute back to the community.
