- There should be a tick box that allows the visitor to say they want to be anonymous
- There should be a text box for the visitor to put their name in if they don't want to be anonymous
- There should be a text box for the visitor to put their email address if they don't want to be anonymous and want a response from their comment to the poll
As a visitor to the website I can submit a poll as anonymous or as a user so that I have the choice if I give my details or not.
