I won't connect HAN. If they ever want to re-connect through OAI-PMH/DIDL/MODS then we'll have to spend some time on fixing that with the new setup. Currently they are connected through Sharekit.

Saxion doesn't support HEAD request on file links (starting with https://dataaccess.saxion.nl/resolver/display_details/). Instead you need to do a GET and then read a tag in the body to get the actual URL. Our library doesn't support this from box.
