[EDU] Add professional vocabulary terms to indices #381

As an owner of a material that has professional vocabulary metadata I want users to find my material based on a search query containing the linked vocabulary "terms"

Scenario: Search for material based on professional vocabulary Given there is a material M And M has a professional vocabulary taxonomy field PVF And PVF is part of professional vocabulary PV T When an edusources user searches for PVF Then M is shown in the search results

Only adding Dutch terms. Common terms like "informatievaardigheden" will probably not contribute to search ranking significantly. This is understood by the stakeholders. @peterdubbeldsurf

It's better if Edusources stops using ideas. Then we can remove ideas and add something like study_vocabulary_terms. As long as the wrong terms are shown we can't possible find the correct ones, because they won't be visible.

@martineteirlinck Peter vroeg of ik deze block aan jou wilde doorgeven. Wij doorzoeken de volledige vakvocabulaire niet als de volledige vakvacabulaire niet getoond wordt op detail pagina's. Zie bovenstaand ticket voor voortgang van tonen van vakvocabulaire op nieuwe detail pagina.
