Sources can specify copyright and access policy per file as well as a default for files per Document. If the copyright or access policy is not set on the file, the default gets used. The decision whether or not to send files through extraction pipeline is made based on access policy (open means allowed) and secondarily copyright (cc without nd clause).

This allows other services to do the following:

Edusources has no materials that use a "yes" copyright

This is an example material that comes from edusourcesprivate has a cc-by-nc-nd copyright and material is only available behind a login. However the file access is set to "openaccess". This should be "restrictedaccess" and then all would work as expected I think. We could check a few more edusourcesprivate materials. There are 58 at the moment.

Ok, to have edusourcesprivate materials with file based access rights that allow analysis.

Remove block of "all-rights-reserved" in harvesting. Check edusourcesprivate materials.
