Extend rides to be able to select routes #14

The current ride representation includes only date, start/end time, distance and a note. It is not possible to connect a ride to a route. As soon as the route representation (see issue #13) is in place, the rides can be extended. It should still be possible to enter ride data without linking a route, the user should have the option to decide.
