[BUG] SurfTimer does not working at my server. #574

Describe the bug SurfTimer does not working at my server. I followed the surftimer wiki installations.

Additional context I'm sorry for using the label as a bug. (This may be my own issue)

I only showed the logs by restarting the map, but as soon as I completely shut down and restarted the server, I was able to see a new error message and solve the problem through it. I apologize for my foolish behavior
