Segfault when removing multiple instances #71

In DAW load 2 instances of b-step, same track or seperate tracks doesn't matter. Remove one after another and get a crash with the second removal.

Not happening with the freeware vst2 version so I look where we introduced this.

It is the TickLoop timer stopping once a plugin instance is removed.
