Bias is active with waveshaper disabled #53

...and also causes bassy pops on attack when dialed in.

Also disabling both filters disables the bias too though. Verified with scope.

Ahh good catch. Will be fixed when I get my current stuff into mergable state along with rest of features in my local copy.
