Concept: A plugin that is basically a whole Surge LFO or 2 or 3, envelopes and all (MIDI in needed).
These then modulate dummy parameters, which do nothing except wiggle under the modulation. :)
This would be awesome in hosts which can do parameter linking between plugins.
