Play Mode Colors #1119

Evil and I noticed the play mode looks a little like a wall of knobs all the same color. because it is. So

  1. Add to the part data model two items, playValueColor and playBGColor which default to #00000000
  2. if they aren't default use them in the play screen for an instrument
  3. figure out where to put the control to edit these
  4. fret a bit about what to do in fill knob mode with colormaps

Maybe 1.0 maybe 1.1

Oh it will probably also need a third color, for the text below the knobs.
