Processor Drag could be more alluring #1136

EvilDragon — Today at 5:17 PM swell now that you reminded me we can drag reorder things... maybe this could be a bit more visually engaging for release? as in, change the cursor to a hand when you're hovering over the header line. and then put a frame around the slot where it would end up being based on where you drag
