How do we start

You start SC what do you get? What's on the reset menu to reset to and how do you change it.

Well I think here's the answer, which will require part activation to be done (#1142)

Startup:

• Default: One part, set to omni, with one group, empty

Reset Options

• Init to Sampler: (above)
• Init to Multitimbral Sampler: (16 parts, set to channel ch, no groups created except in part 1)
• Init to Synth: (One part, omni, one group, one zone, spanning, set to a sine wave VA or a saw VA into an SVF)

User defaults:

• User should have a default multi which if set shows up in init menu and is used for new sessions
• User could also have a default instrument which if set and no default multi is set is used to set up the init part rather than the blank with group

Think about this some - this isn't set in stone - but we want this there once part activation is done.
