Flatpak package #115

Like there is for Surge-XT I have submitted a Flaptak package for Stochas to flathub.

It builds the Standalone and the VST3, the latter being to use with DAW that are packaged as Flatpak.

This should also help for #104 (aarch64 only)

I picked org.stochas.Stochas as the app-id for the standalone Stochas as this is the official website fot Stochas.
