CMake Version Information continued #6

  1. Use the surge mechanism to get a much wider set of version info
  2. Set macOS back to 10.11
  3. Show the full version string in the UI

  1. Release versions not just nightly versions
  2. Better inference of STOCHAS_VERSION in the pipeline
