This filter sounds phenomenal, is open-source, and a well-documented port of it already exists here: https://github.com/VCVRack/AudibleInstruments/blob/v2/src/Ripples/ripples.hpp

...so let's get it into Surge XT, yes?! :)

I spoke with Andrew and he has no problem with us adapting this filter to surge. So now it’s just typing and testing in the sst filters submodule
