msvs generator fails in generating .user files on non-English win7 systems #100

Currently if the USERDOMAIN environment variable is not set, gyp will fall 
back on running 'net config Workstation' and grepping for 'Logon domain'. 
This doesn't work right on a win7 system with non-English language settings. 
We should find a more generic way of finding the logon domain in this case.
