Would like to be able to specify custom Xcode groups/MSVS filters for sets of source files #53

gyp currently always creates Xcode groups/MSVS filters based on the 
filesystem layout of your source tree. It would be nice to be able to specify 
custom groups/filters for sets of source files that don't correspond to the 
filesystem.

If someone can propose a syntax for this that looks reasonable, then 
re-evaluate the 
priority.
