Drop support for old storage versions #298

Retention of the old storage version(s) imply keeping an amount of baggage in 
the codebase for the plugin. If we could drop support for these old versions 
from, say, v3.0 then we could strip out the majority of the classes under 
"src/com/google/appengine/datanucleus/mapping" as well as 
DatastoreAdapter.java, and likely also the FKListStore/FKSetStore classes.
