Check for new version happens too often and should be a preference #41

The check to http://connectbot.org/version should only happen periodically.

A preference should be added with a selection to check e.g., daily, weekly,
or never.

agreed, and fixed in latest svn.

now user has preference to change between daily/weekly/never checks for updates 
 :)
