[Proposal] Crate a notebook-like view

Reading posts like https://community.cratedb.com/t/limited-performance-during-query/668/7

makes me think that like in most of IT support, there is a lot of back and forth giving and queries to run and receiving results, often times this will span in days.

I think it'd be extremely useful as an user and as support, to have a better way to keep track of things in these interactions, also It could be extremely useful to share queries/investigations in this format instead of raw pasting queries everywhere (internal chat for example)

Another point would be that the user can have certain queries/investigations/benchmarks composed of several queries directly into the admin UI, without having to relay on external text-apps.

Thought about 'Output for Forum', where the user can make his queries/investigation on the notebook, click on that button and get a nice formatted SQL text with metadata to paste it on the forum or other text-based apps, as an easy way to share some preliminary information.
