Add Infinite duration for Toggle buff #2568

It would be nice to be able to select Infinite duration for a Toggle buff so you can always have it active without a duration. Sure you can add a massive duration but it'd be nice to not have the timer. Think of Paladin buffs in Wow.

And I also suggest adding the ability for the user to remove any buff by right-clicking on the buff (does not apply to debuff)

I also use some debuffs with crazy high times on them... an infinite one would be great, and a better UI experience
