@dreymoreau can you please ask if anyone has the ability/capacity to make a graphic so we can finish this page? Catherine was originally going to do it, but I don't think it ended up happening. It would be based on the chart in this document: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1vPMA-HO0LHHxqbR2g7Buoe8KxbEFyDnCAXAcFTqb03A/edit

Otherwise, I think we should take this page down.
