No support for python 2.2 #59

oauth lib for python is not supported for python v2.2
Suggestion - Can you have a look at the following diff file. Just 5-6
changes in oauth.py and it will support python 2.2 which will increase the
usage of this library.

rsa.py too is currently not compatible with python 2.2. Please see the diff file
attached.

Please do not consider oauth.py.diff attached the first time. Please find the 
correct

This seems like a reasonable enough change. I've updated the library 
accordingly.
Needs to be tested/verified for Python 2.2. Thanks!
